摘要
使用仿真软件建立了一维的汽车空调系统仿真模型,分析了润滑油对R1234yf汽车空调的制冷量、压缩机功耗、换热器压降以及压缩机排气压力和温度的影响。仿真结果表明:润滑油含量对汽车空调的制冷能力有较大影响,含油率越大,其制冷量越低;含油率对压缩机功耗以及排气压力和排气温度影响较小;相对于冷凝器,蒸发器的性能受润滑油的影响较大,对压降的影响更为明显。
Electric vehicles are the main development trend of the current automotive industry.Refrigerant 1234yf is the most promising automotive air conditioning refrigerant after 134a is replaced.Lubricants have a great influence on the use of 1234yf in the system.In this paper,the simulation software is used to establish a one-dimensional simulation model of automotive air conditioning system.The effects of lubricating oil on the cooling capacity of R1234yf automotive air conditioner,compressor power consumption,heat exchanger pressure drop and compressor discharge pressure and temperature are analyzed.The simulation results show that the lubricating oil content has a great influence on the refrigeration capacity of the automobile air conditioner.The higher the oil content,the lower the cooling capacity;the oil content has less influence on the compressor power consumption and the exhaust pressure and exhaust temperature;The performance of the evaporator is greatly affected by the lubricating oil than the condenser,and the impact on the pressure drop of the evaporator is more obvious.
