周期夹层板结构带隙隔振特性研究

摘要 周期结构在一定频率范围内存在弹性波带隙,相应频率的波受到带隙的抑制作用无法在结构内传播,这一理论为实际工程中减振设计提供了一种新的解决思路。本文在周期结构理论的基础上分析了一维周期夹层板中的带隙特性,并对影响带隙性质的参数进行分析。从芯板高度,芯板厚度,面板厚度以及芯板倾斜角出发,对各类参数如何影响能带位置进行分析。研究了各参数对能带结构变化的作用原理,对实际中能够发挥良好隔振作用的周期单元数进行探究,发现了合理单元数量的周期夹层板能够在一定频段有效降低振动传递。 The periodic structure existence elastic band gap in a certain frequency range,and the wave between the corresponding frequency can’t propagate within the structure by the band gap suppression.This theory provides a new solution for the vibration reduction design in practical engineering.Based on the periodic structure theory,the paper analyzes the band gap characteristics of onedimensional periodic sandwich plates and analyzes the parameters which affect the band gap properties.Starting from the height and the thickness of the core board,the thickness of the panel,and the tilt angle of the core board,how the various parameters affect the position of the belt be analyzed.The principle of the interaction of various parameters on the energy band structure is studied.The number of periodic elements that can exert good vibration isolation effect is explored.It is found that a reasonable number of periodic sandwich plates can effectively reduce the vibration transmission in a certain frequency band.
