血叶兰与金线莲的糖分组成及含量比较

Comparison of Composition and Content of Sugar of Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus roxburghii

采用高效液相(HPLC)法对血叶兰和金线莲的糖分组成及含量进行比较分析,结果表明:二者中均含有果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖3种糖,且果糖和葡萄糖比例接近1∶1,其主要差异在于蔗糖。‘金线莲3号’和‘血叶兰7号’蔗糖含量最高,血叶兰其他品种果糖和葡萄糖含量均占总糖的37%以上,较金线莲高7%,且‘血叶兰5号’和‘血叶兰7号’发现了不同于金线莲的核糖组成。

Composition and content of sugar of Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus roxburghii were compared by HPLC method.The results showed that there were fructose,glucose and sucrose and 1:1 ratio of fructose and glucose in Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus roxburghii.‘Jianxianlian No.3’and‘Xueyelan No.7’showed highest content of sucrose.Fructose and glucose in other varieties of Ludisia discolor accounted for 37%of total sugar,being higher than that in Anoectochilus roxburghii by 7%.It was found that ribose composition of‘Xueyelan No.5’and‘Xueyelan No.7’was different from that of Anoectochilus roxburghii.
