‘玉女’樱桃番茄无土栽培技术

摘要 樱桃番茄是一种果蔬兼用型蔬菜,果实营养丰富,风味独特,用途广泛,深受广大消费者喜爱。‘玉女’樱桃番茄是近年来从台湾地区引进的新品种,该品种果实红色,长椭圆形,皮薄,果肉细腻;属于无限生长型,适应性广,结果力强,产量高。在福建地区种植面积逐年增加,667 m2产量3 861.5 kg。但传统的土壤栽培存在连作障碍严重、青枯病发病率高等问题,制约了该品种发展。为此,在福建省农业科学院中以示范农场,从育苗、水肥管理、植株调整、熊蜂授粉以及病虫害防治等多个生产环节探索‘玉女’樱桃番茄无土栽培技术。结果表明,无土栽培‘玉女’樱桃番茄,可持续采收6个月,单株产量达到5.738 kg,可溶性固形物含量9%~13%。 Cherry tomato is a kind of vegetable as vegetable or fruit with rich nutrition,unique flavor and wide use,so it is popular with consumers.‘Yunv’cherry tomato is a new variety introduced from Taiwan in recent years.Its fruit is red,long oval,the skin is thin and the pulp is tender.It belongs to infinite growth type with wide adaptability,strong fruiting ability and high yield.The planting area in Fujian increased year by year,with an average yield of 3 861.5 kg per mu.However,the traditional soil cultivation has disadvantages such as serious continuous cropping obstacles and high incidence of bacterial wilt,which restricts the development of this variety.Therefore,in the China-Israel Demonstration Farm of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the soilless cultivation technology of‘Yunv’cherry tomato was explored from the aspects of seedling raising,water and fertilizer management,plant adjustment,bumblebee pollination and disease and pest control.The results showed that‘Yunu’cherry tomato could be harvested continuously for 6 months under soilless cultivation.The yield per plant reached 5.738 kg and sugar Soluble solid content was 9%~13%.
