个性化饮食指导联合自我效能干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的影响

Effect of personalized diet guidance combined with self-efficacy intervention on patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨个性化饮食指导联合自我效能干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年8月我院收治的2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理和个性化饮食指导,研究组在对照组基础上给予自我效能干预。干预2周后,分别以糖尿病管理自我效能量表(DMSES)、糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)、中文版低视力者生活质量量表(LVQOL)评价并比较两组患者自我效能、疾病痛苦及生活质量。结果干预后,两组DMSES中各维度效能条目得分均明显提高(P<0.05),且研究组得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组DDS 4个维度得分均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组LVQOL 4个维度得分均明显提高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食指导联合自我效能干预可提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我效能,减轻疾病痛苦,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized diet guidance combined with self-efficacy intervention on patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods To 82 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group received routine nursing and personalized diet guidance.The study group used self-efficacy intervention on the basis of the control group.After Two weeks of the intervention,the diabetes management self-efficacy scale(DMSES),diabetes distress scale(DDS),and Chinese-version low vision quality of life questionnaire(LVQOL)were used to evaluate and compare the self-efficacy,disease pain,and quality of life of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of the each dimension efficacy items in the DMSES of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of four dimensions of the DDS in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of four dimensions of the LVQOL in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized diet guidance combined with self-efficacy intervention could improve the self-efficacy of patients with diabetic retinopathy,reduce the pain of disease and improve the quality of life.
