基于双心医学模式的护理干预在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用

Application of nursing intervention based on psycho-cardiology model in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探讨基于双心医学模式的护理干预在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者126例为研究对象,采用随机数字抽样法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施基于双心医学模式的护理干预,干预前后,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分及心功能改善情况。结果干预前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组心功能改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于双心医学模式的护理干预应用于老年冠心病心绞痛临床护理中,能改善患者抑郁及焦虑状态,提高临床疗效,促进患者预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on psycho-cardiology model in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods To selected 126 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized digital sampling.The routine nursing intervention was given control group.On this basis,the nursing intervention based on the psycho-cardiology model was implemented in the observation group.Before and after the intervention,the anxiety,depression scores and cardiac function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the effective rate of improvement cardiac function in the observation group was more effective than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on psycho-cardiology model could be applied to the clinical nursing of angina pectoris in elderly patients,which can improve the state of depression and anxiety,improve clinical efficacy and promote patient prognosis,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
