阶段性康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中的应用

Application of staged rehabilitation training in hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨阶段性康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2019年2月收治的91例脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组46例和对照组45例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施阶段性康复训练,比较两组患者运动功能和日常生活能力的改善效果。结果研究组患者上肢和下肢运动功能障碍评分及日常生活能力(ADL)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血偏瘫患者应用阶段性康复训练,可提高患者运动功能和日常生活功能,降低致残率。

Objective To explore the application effect of staged rehabilitation training in hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods To select 91 cases of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage admitted from July 2015 to February 2019 as a study object.They were randomly divided into study group(46 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group received routine nursing and the study group implemented staged rehabilitation training.The improvement effect of motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The motor dysfunction scores of upper and lower extremity and ability of daily living(ADL)scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged rehabilitation training in the hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage could improve their motor function and daily life function and reduce the disability rate.
