时效激励理论下的延续性护理对断指再植术患者的影响

The effect of continuous nursing under the theory of time-effect motivation in patients with replantation of severed fingers

目的探讨时效激励理论下的延续性护理对断指再植术患者的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的断指再植术患者92例,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规延续护理,观察组采用时效激励理论下的延续性护理,比较两组患者的再植指功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果观察组再植指功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效激励理论下的延续性护理在断指再植术患者中的应用,能明显促进其再植指功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing under the theory of time-effect motivation in patients with replantation of severed fingers.Methods To select 92 cases of patients with replantation of severed fingers who admitted our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine continuous nursing.The observation group was given continuous nursing under the theory of time-effect motivation by us.comparing the recovery of re-implantation fingers function and quality of life of was compared between the two groups of patients.Results The recovery of re-implantation fingers function in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing under the theory of time-effects motivation in patients with replantation of severed fingers could significantly promote the recovery of replantation and improve the quality of life.
