白内障患者术后发生眼内炎的相关因素分析与预防护理措施

Analysis of factors relating to postoperative endophthalmitis and preventive nursing measures in patients with cataract

目的探讨导致白内障患者术后发生眼内炎的相关危险因素,并制定有效的预防护理措施。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月本院收治的100例白内障患者作为研究对象,采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析法确定白内障患者术后发生眼内炎的危险因素。结果100例白内障手术患者中,有21例患者感染眼内炎,感染率为21.00%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、糖尿病史及围手术期护理不完善等为导致白内障患者术后发生眼内炎的主要危险因素。结论导致白内障患者术后感染眼内炎的危险因素较多,为了提高患者预后疗效,减少感染的发生,确定感染发生的主要因素非常重要。

Objective To explore the risk factors relating to postoperative endophthalmitis in patients with cataract,and to develop effective preventive care measures.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with cataract admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as a study object.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to determine the risk factors for postoperative endophthalmitis in patients with cataract.Results In the 100 cases of patients with cataract surgery,21cases had endophthalmitis with an infection rate of 21.00%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,history of diabetes,and the faultiness of perioperative care were the main risk factors for postoperative endophthalmitis in cataract patients.Conclusion There are many risk factors for postoperative infection of endophthalmitis in patients with cataract.In order to improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the incidence of infection,it was very important to determine the main factors of infection.
