癫痫患儿羞耻感现状调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation and analysis of its influencing factors on the status quo of shame in children patients with epilepsy

目的调查癫痫患儿羞耻感的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法选择2018年3—11月于我科就诊的203例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,采用问卷形式收集一般资料,采用Kilifi癫痫患者羞耻感中文版量表及社会支持评定量表对患儿进行评定,对社会支持与羞耻感相关性采用Pearson相关分析,对影响患儿羞耻感的因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果癫痫患儿的羞耻感受到家庭收入水平、病程、社会客观支持、社会支持利用度的影响。结论家庭经济条件越好、患儿病程越短、社会客观支持程度及利用度越高,癫痫患儿的羞耻感越低,应针对以上因素采取相应措施,改善其羞耻感。。

Object To investigate the status quo of shame in children patients with epilepsy and to explore its influencing factors.Methods We selected 203 cases of children patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our department from March to November 2018 as a study object.The general information was collected by questionnaire.The Chinese version scale of shame of children patients with Kilifi epilepsy and the social support rating scale were used to assessment the children patients.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted in social support and shame correlation,multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting children's shame.Results The shame of children with epilepsy felt the impact of family income level,disease duration,objective support of social,and support utilization of social.Conclusion The better the family economic conditions,the shorter disease duration of the children patients,and the higher the degree of objective support and the support utilization of social resulted in the lower the shame of children patients with epilepsy.The corresponding measures should be taken to improve the shame.
