我院新生儿行为神经测定评分现况及其影响因素的调查研究

The status quo and investigation of its influencing factors on behavioral neurological assessment of neonatal in our hospital

目的探讨新生儿行为神经测定评分的现状及影响因素,为促进新生儿行为神经能力发育的早期干预提供科学依据。方法选取2015年9月至2018年9月我科收治的900名行为神经测定新生儿作为研究对象,影响新生儿行为神经测定评分危险因素的分析采用多因素logistic回归分析。结果新生儿行为神经测定平均评分(35.98±2.12)分,异常率为19.55%。臀/横位的新生儿、母亲有妊娠合并疾病、母亲有产科高危因素的新生儿行为神经测定评分异常风险增加。结论应加强孕期监测和产前检查,高度关注妊娠合并疾病、存在产科高危因素的产妇,促进新生儿行为神经的生长发育。

Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of neonatal behavioral assessment of neonatal,and to provide a scientific basis for the early intervention of neonatal behavioral neurodevelopment.Methods We selected 900 neonates who underwent behavioral neurological assessment admitted to our department from September 2015 to September 2018 as a study object.The risk factors affecting behavioral neurological assessment of neonatal were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The average score of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment was(35.98±2.12)points,with an abnormal rate of 19.55%.Neonatal with gluteal/transverse presentation,mothers with pregnancy complicated with disease,and mothers with high-risk factors for obstetrics had an increased abnormal risk of behavioral neurological assessment of neonatal.Conclusion Pregnancy monitoring and prenatal examination should be strengthened,and mothers with pregnancy complicated with disease and high-risk factors for obstetrics should be highly concerned to promote the growth and development of neonatal behavioral nerves.
