神经内窥镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection under neuroendoscope

目的总结神经内窥镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的护理配合要点。方法选取2015年4月至2018年4月我院收治的神经内窥镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的46例患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其一般临床资料,总结围术期干预方法及结果。结果46例患者平均手术时间(65.49±6.28)min,术中出血量(53.24±21.69)ml,住院时间(8.86±2.47)d,垂体瘤全切除率82.61%(38/46)。术后并发电解质紊乱2例,尿崩症1例,并发症发生率6.52%(3/46),均经对症治疗后缓解。结论神经内窥镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术疗效确切,但围术期护理配合也十分重要。

Objective To summarize the key points of nursing coordination of transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection under neuroendoscopy.Methods We selected 46 cases of patients underwent neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma underwent resection who admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 as a study object.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the method and result of perioperative intervention was summarized.Results The average operation time of the 46 patients was(65.49±6.28)min.The intraoperative blood loss was(53.24±21.69)ml,the hospital stay was(8.86±2.47)days,and the total resection rate of pituitary tumor was 82.61%(38/46).There were 2 cases of electrolyte disorder after operation,1 case of diabetes insipidus,and the incidence of complications was 6.52%(3/46),which was relieved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection was effective,but perioperative nursing cooperation was also very important.
