结构-过程-结果三维质评模式对手术室感染控制的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of three-dimensional quality assessment mode with structure-process-result on infection control of operating room

目的探讨结构-过程-结果三维质评模式在手术室感染控制中的应用。方法选取我院2016年3月至2019年1月收治的80例行手术治疗患者为研究对象,将2016年3月至2017年12月40例手术患者作为对照组,给予常规护理管理,将2018年1月至2019年1月40例手术患者作为试验组,给予基于结构-过程-结果三维质评思想的护理管理。观察两组患者切口感染率、手术室卫生学监测合格率及感染控制评分。结果试验组未发生切口感染;手术室卫生学监测合格率及感染控制评分明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于结构-过程-结果三维质评模式的护理管理能够有效提高手术室卫生学监测合格率及感染控制评分,降低切口感染率,更利于患者预后。

Objective To discuss the application of three-dimensional quality assessment mode with structure-process-result on infection control of operating room.Methods To select 80 cases of patients undergoing surgical treatment from March 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital as a study object.40 cases of patients from March 2016 to December 2017 were treated as a control group that was given routine nursing management.From January 2018 to January 2019,another 40 surgical patients were used as experimental groups to provide nursing management based on the three-dimensional quality assessment with structure-process-results.The Incision infection rate,hygiene monitoring pass rate of operating room and infection control score were observed in the two groups.Results No incision infection occurred in the experimental group;the hygiene monitoring pass rate of operating room and infection control score in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management based on three-dimensional quality assessment model with structure-process-results could effectively improve the operating room hygiene monitoring rate and infection control score,reduce the infection rate of incision,and benefit the prognosis of patients.
