基于改良标识法的安全管理在精神分裂症住院患者中的应用

Application of safety management based on improved labeling method in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨改良标识法对精神分裂症住院患者的安全管理效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年12月我科收治的精神分裂症住院患者360例为研究对象,将2017年7月至2018年3月住院的患者180例纳入对照组,采用传统标识;2018年4—12月住院的患者180例纳入观察组,采用改良标识;比较两组患者住院期间护理不良事件发生率,调查患者家属对标识的认可度。结果两组护理不良事件比较,观察组跌倒及坠床、烫伤、冲动伤人、自伤自弃、毁物、擅自离院、服药错误、针刺伤的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属对标识的认可度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于改良标识法的安全管理,可以有效降低精神分裂症患者住院期间的护理不良事件发生率,提高患者家属对标识的认可度,是患者安全管理的重要方式。

Objective To explore the effect of the safety management based on improved labeling method in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods We selected 360 cases of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia admitted to our department from July 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.180 cases of patients who were hospitalized from July 2017 to March 2018 were included in the control group,and was used traditional labels by us;Another 180 cases of patients who were hospitalized from April to December 2018 were included in the observation group,and was adopted improved labels by us.The incidence of adverse events during hospitalization was compared between the two groups,and the recognition degree of the family members of the patients was investigated.Results Compared with the nursing adverse events in the two groups.The incidence of falls and falls out of bed,scalds,aggressive behavior,self-injury and self-abandon,destroying the goods,unauthorized discharged,medication errors,and needle stick injuries in observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The labeling approval degrees of the family members of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Safety management based on improved labeling method could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events during hospitalization of schizophrenia patients and improve the recognition of patients'family members.It is an important way for patient safety management.
