盾构区间深埋管线探测技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 在软土地区,非开挖敷设的地下管线非常多,埋设深度一般较大,尤其是燃气管线,受其转弯半径影响,埋深一般比其他非开挖管线更大,与盾构深度非常接近,常规管线探测方法很难探测此类管线的准确深度。对于盾构施工而言,迫切需要解决此类管线的准确埋设深度。对天津滨海地区排水小盾构沿线进行非开挖燃气管道探测调查研究,采用低频充电大回线结合孔中磁法,成功地解决了此类深埋管线的精确探测难题。结果表明,地面低频充电大回线法可大致确定管道位置及深度,并实现了深埋管道的准确测深,可在深埋管道探测领域进一步推广。 There are many underground pipe lines of trenchless laying in soft soil area,and their buried depth is generally larger,especially gas pipelines.Affected by their turning radius,the buried depth of gas pipelines is generally larger than other trenchless pipelines,which is very close to the depth of shield tunneling.The detection methods of conventional pipeline are difficult to detect the accurate depth of such pipelines.For shield construction,it is urgent to solve the problem of accurate burial depth of such pipelines.Therefore,this paper investigates and studies trenchless gas pipeline detection along small drainage shield in Tianjin coastal area,and adopts the low-frequency charging large loop combined with magnetic met hod in the hole to solve the problem of accurate detection of such deep buried pipelines successfully.The results show that the location and depth of the pipeline can be roughly determined by the ground low-frequency charging large loop method,and the accurate sounding of deep-buried pipelines can be achieved,which can be further promoted in the field of deep-buried pipeline detection.
