摘要
塔架应力状态的监测对保障风电机组运行的安全性和可靠性至关重要。从动力学的角度出发,提出了一种基于卫星定位的风电机组塔架应力状态监测方法。首先,通过有限元法计算得到塔架的一阶振型及其对应的应变状态分布,然后根据卫星定位系统对机舱顶部振动位移的实时监测结果计算得到整个塔架的应力状态。现场实测数据表明,该方法能准确地监测风电机组塔架的实时应力状态,且具有硬件成本低,易于实施的特点,能有效地提高风电机组的智能化运维水平。
This paper proposes a method for monitoring the stress state of wind turbine towers based on satellite positioning.Firstly,the first-order mode of the tower and its corresponding strain state distribution are calculated by the finite element method.Then,the stress state of the whole tower is calculated according to the real-time monitoring result of the displacement of the top of the nacelle by the satellite positioning system.The measured data demonstrate that the priposed method can accurately monitor the real-time stress state of wind turbine towers,and has the characteristics of low hardware cost and easy implementation.
