摘要
针对当前越来越多的工厂对设备进行组网改造,将通讯由串口转向以太网的需求。对MCGS触摸屏、PLC、Modbus通讯协议进行了研讨,并设计了一种低成本工业通讯网关。同时通过项目实例验证了该设计的稳定性及可靠性。
At present,more and more factories carry on the network transformation to the equipment.And they change the mode from serial port to Ethernet of communication.For the requiremen,this paper discusses the MCGS touchscreen,PLC,Modbus communication protocol,and designs a low-cost industrial communication gateway.The stability and reliability of the design are verified by the project example.
