摘要
棒材铭牌焊接是是棒材产品在出厂前精整包装阶段的一道重要工序。针对钢铁行业目前都采用人工焊挂标牌的方式,在分析棒材生产企业现场工况及标牌焊挂特点的基础上,设计了机器人配合视觉定位系统进行焊挂标牌的总体方案,并通过实际应用证明了设计的可靠性和先进性。
Welding and hanging of bar nameplate is an important process in the finishing packaging stage of bar products before they leave the factory.Aiming at the current manual welding and hanging sign in steel industry,based on the analysis of the field working conditions of bar production enterprises and the characteristics of sign welding,the overall scheme of welding and hanging sign by robot with visual positioning system is designed,and the reliability and advancement of the design are proved by practical application in this paper.
