刍议数字出版时代学位论文的拆分发表

Discussion on Separated Publication of Dissertations in Digital Publishing Era

随着信息技术的发展,数字出版逐渐成为潮流。学位论文经由数据库收录检索变得广为传播,学位论文拆分再投稿是否合理可行随之成为新的问题。基于此,从出版传播的意义、小论文与学位论文的关系及是否涉嫌重复发表等方面进行分析,提出作者应该在学位论文写作期间及时将阶段性成果写成期刊文章发表,既可以保证成果的创新性和时效性,也避免了后期重复发表的问题。

With the development of information technology,digital publishing has gradually become a trend.Dissertations are widely disseminated through database retrieval.Whether it is reasonable to split dissertations and submit them again becomes a new problem.Based on this,the paper analyses the problem from aspects of the significance of publishing and disseminating,the relationship between separated papers and dissertations,and whether they are suspected of repeating publications.It points out that the author should publish periodical articles in time during the writing of dissertations,which can not only ensure the innovation and timeliness of the results,but also avoid the problem of repeating publications in the later period.
