英文科技期刊选题报告写作实践探索——以《光电子快报》(英文版)为例

Practical Exploration of Topic Selection Report Writing for English Sci-tech Journals:Taking Optoelectronics Letters (English Edition) as an Example

选题策划对提升科技期刊学术水平和影响力具有重要作用,选题报告写作是能体现编辑素质与能力的一项工作。以《光电子快报》(英文版)为例,探索英文科技期刊选题报告的写作。从确定选题、选题论证、栏目设置与稿件组配、时间安排、组稿、实施后评价6个方面分别阐述选题报告内容并给出写作实例,为发表优秀稿件、突出期刊特色、加强期刊建设奠定基础。

Planning of topic selection is important to the enhancement of academic level and influence for sci-tech journals,and the topic selection report writing is a work which can reflect quality and ability of editors.Taking Optoelectronics Letters(English edition)as an example,this paper explores the topic selection report writing for English sci-tech journals.The writing content details are described from six aspects of topic selection determination,topic selection demonstration,column arrangement and manuscript collocation,time arrangement,soliciting contributions and evaluation after implementation,and corresponding writing examples are also given.This work lays a foundation for publishing excellent manuscripts,highlighting journal characteristics and strengthening journal construction.
