教师合作发展模式构建的瓶颈与对策——基于教师专业发展学校本土化的思考

摘要 “教师专业发展学校”本土化模式,业已成为我国教师教育改革发展实践的主要方向。然而,由于大学、中小学教师场域文化的冲突、大学教师教育自身发展问题、合作机制不健全等现实因素的影响,使大学与中小学合作伙伴关系的建立困难重重。由此,建立平等对话的合作机制、强化教师教育的实践性,重视师范生的指导、完善大学内部跨专业合作机制、改革教师评价和激励机制、建立合作组织管理规范、完善合作契约机制,才能实现大学与中小学的有效融合。 Constructing localized model of Teachers’Professional Development School has become the main direction of the reform and development of Teacher Education in China.However,many factors of reality,such as the cultural conflict between university teachers and primary secondary school teachers,problems of the development of teacher education in universities,imperfect cooperative system,have made it difficult to build partnerships between universities and primary secondary schools.Therefore,establishing cooperation mechanism based on equal dialogue,strengthening the practicality of Teacher Education,attaching importance to the guidance of normal students,improving the multi-disciplinary cooperation inside universities,reforming teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism,building management standards for cooperative organizations,perfecting contractual mechanism of cooperation,can the effective integration of universities and primary secondary schools be realized.
