摘要
以智慧城市运行特征为对象,复杂科学视野下的城市管理模型为指导,综合考虑智慧城市建设的各环节、各要素的复杂融合特点,从城市概况、基础设施、民生服务等角度开展研究,构建了由9个一级指标分类、51个二级指标分类、若干三级及以上更深层级指标说明组成的智慧城市运行指标体系。并结合智慧城市建设开展情况,给出标准化建议。
Taking the operational characteristics of smart city as the object and the urban management model under the complex scientific vision as the guidance,considering the complex integration characteristics of all links and elements of smart city construction,this paper conducts research from the perspective of urban general situation,infrastructure and people's livelihood services,and constructs a smart city operation indicator system consisting of 9 first-level and 51 second-level indicators classification,and several third-level and above indicators description.Combined with the development of smart city construction,standardization suggestions are given.
