摘要
2019年6月,由中国提出的《信息技术智慧城市数字平台》项目正式在ISO/IEC JTC1注册立项为ISO/IEC 24039。通过对国内外智慧城市相关标准化组织及在研项目,以及智慧城市数字平台相关标准化工作的梳理和介绍,从智慧城市数字平台的内涵、参考架构、案例等三个方面介绍了中国提案的核心内容,并就下一步工作计划进行了详细介绍。
In June 2019,the new project"Information Technology-Smart City Digital Platform"proposed by China is officially registered by ISO/IEC JTC1,the project number is ISO/IEC 24039.This paper provides information on current on going works in both national and international smart city related standardization working groups,systematically sorts out the standardization work related to the digital platform of smart city.Then the paper introduces the main content of the new project with the core concept,reference architecture and use cases of smart city digital platform.In the end,the work plan of the new project is also provided.
