氯盐干湿循环条件下有机阻锈剂钢筋缓蚀机制研究

Corrosion Inhibition Effects of Organic Inhibitor on Steel Bars in Dry and Wet Cycle Conditions of Chlorine Salt

摘要 针对海洋潮差浪溅环境下钢筋锈蚀风险高的问题,通过试验,分析了有机阻锈剂对氯盐干湿循环环境下混凝土中氯离子扩散及混凝土中钢筋锈蚀行为的影响,结果表明,有机阻锈剂(ZX)可以有效抑制氯盐干湿循环环境下氯离子在混凝土中的扩散,并缓解钢筋锈蚀的快速发展。 Aiming at the problem of high risk of steel corrosion under ocean tide and wave splashing environment,the effects of the organic inhibitor(ZX)on the diffusion of chloride ion and corrosion behavior of steel bars in concrete in dry and wet environment of chloride salt.The results show that organic inhibitor ZX can effectively inhibit the diffusion of chloride ions in concrete under the dry and wet cycle of chlorine salt,and alleviate the rapid development of steel corrosion.
