摘要
采用GUM法对弹性建筑涂料拉伸强度测量结果进行不确定度的分析和评定,以建立合理可靠的不确定度评定方法。根据标准JJF1059.1—2012和JGT172—2014采用GUM法建立数学模型,利用贝塞尔公式和合并样本标准偏差的方法计算和分析各输入量的标准不确定度分量,引入灵敏系数计算合成不确定度,最终获得了拉伸强度测量结果的不确定度以及影响不确定度的主要来源。
The uncertainty in measurement of tensile strength of elastic architectural coatings is studied and evaluated by means of GUM,so as to establish a reasonable and reliable uncertainty evaluation method.The measurement model is established by the GUM method according to the standards JJF1059.1—2012 and JGT172—2014.The uncertainty components of the input quantity are calculated and analyzed by the use of the Bessel formula and the merged sample standard deviation.The standard uncertainty is combined by using the sensitivity coefficient.The uncertainty and the main affecting factors of uncertainty in measuring tensile strength of elastic architectural coatings are obtained.
