某车型前副车架固定螺栓断裂原因分析

Analysis on fracture cause of fixed bolt in front auxiliary frame of a certain model

针对某车型前期预研试制过程中出现的前副车架固定螺栓断裂问题,从材料化学成分、力学性能、金相组织检验、涂层附着力、尼龙胶锁紧扭矩、宏观断口及断口形貌等方面对其进行了分析。检测数据和分析结果表明,断裂失效形式为扭转拉伸过载断裂。

In view of the fracture problem of fixed bolts in the process of pre-research and trial production of a certain vehicle type,it analyzes it from the aspects of material chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic examination,coating adhesion,locking torque of nylon adhesive,macroscopic fracture surface and fracture morphology.The test data and analysis results show that the fracture failure form is torsional tensile overload fracture.
