摘要
纯电动汽车由于高电压及大电流,在设计整个高压电气架构时,不仅要考虑整车成本、驱动性能和充电时间要求,还必需考虑整个高压系统安全,确保驾乘人员的安全。文章从目前典型纯电动汽车高压电气架构入手,进行优缺点分析,通过高压架构方案设计和高压架构系统安全设计两方面,提出了一种全新高压架构设计方案,此新设计方案基于功能和安全的基础上,尽可能减少模块数量,降低系统成本。结果表明:此方案满足系统功能和安全要求,空间布置简单,整车质量降低,系统成本低,可实现平台化推广。
Due to high voltage and current of electric vehicle,not only pay attention to vehicle cost、drive performance and charging time requirement during whole HV Architecture design to keep personal safety.From benchmark of current typical EV HV Architecture,through HV Architecture strategy design and system safety,propose a new HV Architecture design strategy.Based on function and safety requirement,the new HV Architecture is to reduce the module amount and cost down as possible.The result illustrate that this strategy is enforceable,easy for room location,cost is low,vehicle mass down,meet system function and safety requirement,can realize platform.
