通过调研汽车行业的前照灯进水、起雾现状,以某车型为例,从人、机、料、法、环6个维度,从根本上分析前照灯进水起雾的原因,并制定相应的优化对策,成功降低该车型的进水起雾故障率。

By investigating the current situation of water intake and fogging in automobile industry and taking a certain vehicle as an example,the causes of water intake and fogging of headlamp are analyzed fundamentally from six dimensions of human,machine,material,method and environment,and corresponding optimization countermeasures are formulated to reduce the failure rate of water intake and fogging of this vehicle successfully.
