摘要
通过一辆2016款一汽大众迈腾B7L-1.8T轿车在一次维修后突然后视镜无法正常工作,且伴随驾驶员侧车窗升降功能失效,副驾驶员车窗、左后、右后车窗均可以正常进行工作的实例。查阅电路图分析故障原因,借助故障诊断仪读取故障码、进行动作测试、信号线波形获取,利用数字万用表对E48、E43的低电平线、元件本身等检测,并与维修手册中的数据对比,确定故障点。简化迈腾轿车后视镜、车窗故障诊断和维修流程。
Through an example of a 2016 FAW Volkswagen Magotan B7L-1.8T car whose rear-view mirror suddenly fails to work properly after a maintenance,and with the failure of the drivers'side window lifting function,while the co-driver's window,left rear window and right rear window can all work normally.Look up the circuit diagram to analyze the cause of the fault,read the fault code with help of the fault diagnosis instrument,conduct action test,acquire the waveform of the signal line,use the digital multimeter to detect the low-level lines and components of E48 and E43,and compare with the data in the maintenance manual to determine the fault point.The method used simplified the troubleshooting and maintenance process of the rear-view mirror and window of Magotan car.
