摘要
目的调查四川地区部分火车司机高血压前期情况并探讨其危险因素。方法选取2018-03/11到成都市某三级医院体检中心参加体检的某铁路局在川机务系统火车司机为研究对象,分别对其进行体格检查和问卷调查,分析高血压前期的检出情况及其危险因素。率的比较采用卡方检验,相关因素的分析采用多因素Logistic回归模型,检验水准α=0.05。结果发放问卷2 340份,有效问卷2 308份,有效回收率为98.63%;纳入研究者共2 308例,均为男性,平均年龄为(44.47±8.62)岁,高血压检出率为33.8%(780/2 308),高血压前期检出率50.22%(1 159/2 308);高血压病家族史、超重/肥胖、饮酒、饮食嗜咸是高血压前期发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论四川地区部分火车司机高血压前期检出率较高,高血压病防控形势严峻,需针对超重/肥胖、饮酒、饮食嗜咸等高血压前期发生的危险因素实施针对性的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the status of prehypertensive of some train drivers in Sichuan province and explore its risk factors.Methods The train drivers in the locomotive maintenance system of a railway bureau in Sichuan province who visited the physical examination center of a third-class hospital in Chengdu from march to November 2018 were selected as the subjects.Physical examination and questionnaire survey were conducted on those subjects.Chi-square test was used to compare the rates,and multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors.The test level wasα=0.05.Results A total of 2 340 questionnaires were distributed,2 308 questionnaires were effective,and the response rate was 98.63%.A total of 2308 train drivers were enrolled,all participants were male,with an average age of 44.47±8.62 years old.The prevalence of hypertension was 33.8%(780/2 308),and the detection rate of prehypertensive was 50.22%(1 159/2 308).Family history of hypertension,overweight/obesity,alcohol consumption and salty diet were risk factors for prehypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of prehypertension in some train drivers is significantly increased in Sichuan province,and the situation of prevention and control of hypertension is serious.Targeted intervention measures should be implemented based on the risk factors of overweight/obesity,alcohol consumption,salty diet and other prehypertensive factors.
