摘要
目的了解2018年广汉市作业场所工人职业病健康监护结果,为职业病防治措施的制定提供参考依据。方法收集2018年职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统中广汉市作业场所工人职业健康监护结果,比较接触不同危害因素作业场所工人健康状况差异。作业场所工人接触粉尘、化学毒物、物理因素等其他职业危害因素疑似职业病检出率的比较采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果物理因素高温、噪声作业场所疑似职业病检出率高,分别为3.57%和1.80%。相关物理因素作业场所禁忌证检出率较高。粉尘、化学毒物、物理因素和其他职业危害因素疑似职业病检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.41,P<0.01)。高温、噪声、局部振动、微波和其他等物理因素疑似职业病检出率差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论广汉市作业场所工人以接触噪声、粉尘居多,监管部门要重点加强噪声、粉尘、高温三类作业场所监管,切实保障劳动者身体健康。
Objective To understand the occupational disease health monitoring results of workplace workers in guanghan city in 2018,in oeder to provide reference for the formulation of occupational disease prevention measures.Methods Collecting the results of occupational health surveillance of workers in Guanghan workplaces in the occupational disease and occupational health information surveillance system,and compare the health status of workers exposed to different hazardous factors.Chi-square tests were used to compare the detection rate of occupational disease suspected by workers exposed to dust,chemical poisons,physical factors and other occupational hazards.Results The detection rate of occupational disease in workplaces with high temperature and noise was 3.57%and 1.80%,respectively.The detection rate of taboos in workplaces with related physical factors is high.There were statistical differences in the detection rate of suspected occupational diseases among dust、chemical poisons、physical factors and other occupational hazards(χ2=34.41,P<0.01).There were statistical difference in detection rate of occupational disease caused by high temperature、noise、local vibration、microwave、other physical factors(χ2=23.57,P<0.01).Conclusion Most workers in Guanghan work places come into contact with noise and dust.Supervision departments should focus on strengthening the supervision of noise,dust and high temperature in order to ensure the health of workers.
