枸杞多糖对坐骨神经损伤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化能力及血清IL-2与IL-12含量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对坐骨神经损伤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化能力及免疫反应的影响。方法雄性昆明种小鼠36只随机分为空白对照组、坐骨神经损伤组和坐骨神经损伤+LBP组,采用坐骨神经卡压法制作损伤模型,观察LBP对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化能力及免疫反应的影响。结果坐骨神经损伤组的爬网漏脚率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、脾脏淋巴细胞增殖速度及血清IL-2与IL-12含量均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),而坐骨神经损伤+LBP组的各指标均显著低于坐骨神经损伤组(P<0.05)。结论LBP可降低坐骨神经损伤小鼠的机体免疫反应,促进受损神经功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)on the proliferation and transformation of lymphocytes and the immune response in mice with sciatic nerve injury.Methods 36 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,sciatic nerve injury group and sciatic nerve damage+LBP group.The compression of the sciatic nerves was used for sciatic nerve damage model,to observe the effects of LBP on the proliferation and transformation of lymphocytes and the immune response in mice.Results The crawl leakage rate,the rate of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity,the rate of lymphocyte proliferation in spleen and the contents of serum IL-2 and IL-12 of sciatic nerve injury group were higher than those of blank control group(P<0.05),and the above indicators of sciatic nerve damage+LBP group were lower than those of sciatic nerve injury group(P<0.05).Conclusions LBP can reduce the immune response of mice with sciatic nerve injury and promote the functional recovery of injured nerve.
