厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压合并心肌肥厚的临床研究

Clinical Study on Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Myocardial Hypertrophy

目的研究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压合并心肌肥厚的临床疗效。方法80例高血压合并心肌肥厚患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、心肌肥厚指标及血压水平。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LVMI、PWT、IVST、LVDd、收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压合并心肌肥厚患者,可有效控制患者血压水平,改善心室肥厚,且不增加不良反应的发生。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with myocardial hypertrophy.Methods 80 patients with hypertension complicated with myocardial hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy,indicators of myocardial hypertrophy and levels of blood pressures were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVMI,PWT,IVST,LVDd,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with myocardial hypertrophy can effectively control the blood pressure levels of patients,improve ventricular hypertrophy,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
