利奈唑胺治疗老年髓系白血病合并G^+菌肺部感染患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Linezolid in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Myeloid Leukemia Complicated with G^+ Bacterial Pulmonary Infection

目的观察对老年髓系白血病合并G^+菌肺部感染患者行利奈唑胺治疗的临床效果。方法54例老年髓系白血病合并G^+菌肺部感染患者随机分成两组各27例。对照组患者行常规抗感染治疗,研究组患者在常规抗感染治疗基础上加用利奈唑胺治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、用药时间、体温恢复正常时间及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.3%,显著高于对照组的74.1%(P<0.05)。研究组的用药时间、体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有2例患者出现骨髓抑制,停用利奈唑胺后不良反应消失。结论对老年髓系白血病合并G^+菌肺部感染患者行利奈唑胺治疗的效果显著,可显著缩短用药时间,促进患者临床症状恢复,但利奈唑胺可能会导致骨髓抑制,临床应加强监测。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of linezolid in the treatment of elderly patients with myeloid leukemia complicated with G^+bacteria pulmonary infection.Methods 54 elderly patients with myeloid leukemia complicated with G^+bacteria pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received routine anti-infection treatment,and the study group received linezolid treatment on the basis of routine anti-infection treatment.The therapeutic effect,medication duration,time for body temperature return to normal,and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of study group was 96.3%,significantly higher than 74.1%of control group(P<0.05).The medication duration and the time for body temperature return to normal of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).In the study group,2 cases of bone marrow suppression occurred,and the adverse reactions disappeared after the withdrawal of linezolid.Conclusions For elderly patients with myeloid leukemia complicated with G^+bacteria pulmonary infection,linezolid treatment has a significant effect,which can significantly shorten the medication duration and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.However,linezolid treatment may lead to bone marrow suppression,so clinical monitoring should be strengthened.
