摘要
目的探讨双环醇联合还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物性肝炎患者肝功能及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2019年5月我院收治的抗结核药物性肝炎患者65例,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行双环醇联合还原型谷光甘肽治疗,比较两组治疗前后的肝功能指标及氧化应激反应水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)及谷草转氨酶(AST)均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)均显著高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论抗结核药物性肝炎患者采用双环醇联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗的效果较好,可有效改善其肝功能,减轻氧化应激反应。
Objective To explore the effect of bicyclol combined with reduced glutathione on the liver function and oxidative stress in patients with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatitis.Methods 65 patients with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatitis in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.32 cases of control group were given routine therapy,and 33 cases of observation group were treated with bicyclol combined with reduced glutathione on the basis of routine therapy.The levels of liver function indicators and oxidative stress before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bicyclol combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of patients with anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatitis has good effect,which can effectively improve the liver function and reduce the oxidative stress of patients.
