顶层设计医护一体化整体管理模式对质量安全指标改善的研究

Study on Overall Management Mode of Medical Integration with Top-Level Design in Improving Quality and Safety Indicators

目的探讨顶层设计医护一体化整体管理模式对质量安全指标改善的影响。方法我院于2018年1月至2018年12月实施顶层设计医护一体化整体管理模式(实施后),以实施前2017年1月至2017年12月的数据作为对照,比较该模式实施前后的质量安全指标、不同人员对护理工作的满意度以及护理质量指标。结果实施顶层设计医护一体化整体管理模式后,药物应用合理率、患者住院时间均显著低于实施前,医师人均负责病床数、医院病床使用率均显著高于实施前,患者、医生以及护士的护理满意度均显著高于实施前,各项护理质量指标均显著优于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顶层设计医护一体化整体管理模式有助于改善医院质量安全指标,提高护理质量,促进和谐医患、护患关系的建立,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of overall management mode of medical integration with top-level design in improving the quality and safety indicators.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,our hospital implemented the overall management mode of medical integration with top-level design(after implementation);Meanwhile,the data from January 2017 to December 2017 before implementation were set as control.The quality and safety indicators,satisfaction degree of different staff to nursing work and nursing quality indicators before and after the implementation of the mode were compared.Results After the implementation of overall management mode of medical integration with top-level design,the rational rate of drug use and hospitalization time of patients were significantly lower than those before implementation,the number of sickbed in charged by per doctor and utilization rate of hospital sickbed were significantly higher than those before implementation,the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,doctors and nurses were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the nursing quality indicators were significantly better than those before implementation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Overall management mode of medical integration with top-level design is helpful to improve the quality and safety indicators of hospital,improve nursing quality and promote the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient and nurse-patient relationships,which can be popularized and applied in clinic.
