心理护理干预对宫颈炎患者宫颈癌筛查前后心理状态及基础体征变化的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Psychological States and Changes of Basic Physical Signs of Cervicitis Patients Before and After Cervical Cancer Screening

目的分析心理护理干预对宫颈炎患者宫颈癌筛查前后心理状态及基础体征变化的影响。方法将2017年10月至2018年10月在我院进行宫颈癌筛查的152例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各76例。对照组行常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上行心理护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果①护理干预前,两组的HAMA、SDS、FAVS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组的HAMA、SDS、FAVS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②护理干预前,两组的收缩压、舒张压、脉搏比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组的收缩压、舒张压、脉搏均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能缓解宫颈炎患者在进行宫颈癌筛查时的不良心理状态,维持患者的基础体征稳定。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological states and changes of basic physical signs of cervicitis patients before and after cervical cancer screening.Methods 152 cases of cervicitis patients who accepted cervical cancer screening in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were chosen as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was provided with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results①No significant statistical difference was found between two groups in HAMA,SDS and FAVS scores before nursing intervention(P>0.05);After nursing intervention,the HAMA,SDS and FAVS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).②No significant statistical difference was found between two groups in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse before nursing intervention(P>0.05);After nursing intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can relieve the unhealthy psychological states of cervicitis patients during the cervical cancer screening,and maintain the stability of patients'basic physical signs.
