临床路径护理对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床症状及生活质量的影响

Effects of Clinical Pathway Nursing on Clinical Symptoms and Quality of Life of Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

目的研究临床路径护理对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年1月我院收治的80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,随机分为两组各40例。对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿采取临床路径护理。比较两组患儿的临床症状消失时间及生活质量。结果观察组患儿的退热、止吐、止泻以及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的健康调查简表(SF-36量表)各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理可缩短轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的临床症状消失时间,提高患儿的生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of clinical pathway nursing on clinical symptoms and quality of life of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 80 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical pathway nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,antiemetic time,antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item of the simple health questionnaire(SF-36 scale)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical pathway nursing can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of children with rotavirus enteritis.
