优质护理对重症胰腺炎患者肠道功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of High Quality Nursing on Intestinal Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Severe Pancreatitis

目的探讨优质护理对重症胰腺炎患者肠道功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年3月我院收治的76例重症胰腺炎患者,根据护理方案的不同分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=39)。观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的肠道功能恢复情况、生活质量以及并发症。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为10.8%,显著低于对照组的41.0%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可促使重症胰腺炎患者的肠道功能快速恢复,提高生活质量,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the effects of high quality nursing on intestinal function and quality of life in patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods 76 patients with severe pancreatitis in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=39)according to different nursing programs.The observation group received high quality nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The recovery of intestinal function,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,time of anal exhaust,relief time of abdominal distension,and relief time of abdominal pain of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between two groups in the quality of life score before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,both groups had significantly increased quality of life score,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.8%,significantly lower than 41.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing can promote the rapid recovery of intestinal function in patients with severe pancreatitis,improve the quality of life and reduce the complications.
