临床护理路径对眼科白内障手术患者疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度的影响

Effects of Clinical Nursing Pathway on the Mastery Degree of Disease Knowledge and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Ophthalmic Cataract Surgery

目的探讨临床护理路径对眼科白内障手术患者疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度的影响。方法112例白内障手术患者随机分为两组各56例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组通过临床护理路径实施护理。比较两组患者的白内障疾病知识掌握程度、护理满意度及并发症。结果出院时,观察组的疾病知识掌握度、护理满意度分别为96.43%、98.21%,显著高于对照组的82.14%、85.71%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为3.57%,显著低于对照组的16.07%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效提高眼科白内障手术患者的疾病认知水平,提高护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway on the mastery degree of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with ophthalmic cataract surgery.Methods 112 patients with cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing through clinical nursing pathway.The mastery degree of disease knowledge of cataract,nursing satisfaction degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the mastery degree of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction degree of observation group were 96.43%and 98.21%respectively,higher than 82.14%and 85.71%of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of observation group was 3.57%,lower than 16.07%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the disease cognition level and nursing satisfaction degree of patientswith ophthalmic cataract surgery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
