基于ANSYS Workbench热分析玻璃熔窑烤窑时的碹顶

摘要 基于ANSYS Workbench热分析对玻璃熔窑碹顶在热风烤窑条件下的传热进行了模拟,求解了碹顶的温度分布,并对碹顶硅砖烤窑升温所产生的热变形和热应力进行了分析。结果表明,烤窑时碹顶硅砖上覆盖厚度为100~150 mm的陶瓷纤维毡保温性较好,有利于提高烤窑质量。 Based on ANSYS Workbench heat analysis,the heat transfer of glass furnace crown under hot air burning heating up Was simulated and its temperature distribution Was solved,and the thermal deformation and stress induced by heating of crown masonry kiln Were analyzed.The results showed that the thickness of ceramic fiber felt covering from 100 to 150 mm Was better for improving the quality ofheating up.
