Technical Analysis and Operation Management of Energy in Glass Furnace for Flat Panel Display Substrate

通过合理的G/E参数设置,确定平板显示基板玻璃窑炉运行过程中的能量配置,以稳定窑炉运行工艺。综合窑炉冷修期间的拆解结果、玻璃中实际的氧化锡含量及电助熔运行期间系统各参数变化情况,制定生产期间窑炉电助熔系统中电极的定期推进计划,减缓对窑体侵蚀,提高窑炉运行安全。

The energy configuration in glass furnace for flat display substrate glass is determined through reasonable G/E parameter setting in order to stabilize the stable run process of furnace. Based on results obtained in the process of cold repair, the actual tin oxide content and the changes of every parameter in the system during electric melting operation, the regular advance plan of electrode used in the electric melting operation is worked out so as to slow down the erosion of furnace lining and improve the safety of furnace run.
