血浆D-二聚体对感染性发热性质的鉴别作用

Differentiation of Plasma D-dimer on the Nature of Infectious Fever

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-D)对感染性发热性质的鉴别作用。方法回顾性分析南京医科大学附属南京医院急诊病房2017年10月—2018年12月期间146例被诊断为感染性发热患者的临床资料,根据感染性质的不同分为细菌感染组85例,病毒感染组61例,同时选取同期健康体检者80例作为对照组,检测三组血浆中的D-D浓度。结果细菌感染组患者血浆D-D浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);病毒感染组患者血浆D-D浓度与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);细菌感染组患者血浆D-D高于病毒感染组(P<0.05)。结论感染性发热早期,检测患者血浆D-D浓度可鉴别感染的性质,从而指导临床用药。

Objective To discuss the differentiation of plasma d-dimer(D-D)on the nature of infectious fever.Methods 146 pa tients who were diagnosed as infectious fever in the Emergency Ward from October,2017 to December,2018 were retrospective ana lyzed.According to the properties of infectious fever,the patients were divided into bacterial infection group(n=85)and virus infec tion group(n=61).In addition,80 cases of health checkups were taken as the control group.The concentration of D-D in plasma was detected.Results The concentration of plasma D-D was higher in the bacterial infection group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance in the concentration of plasma D-D in the virus infection group and in the control group(P>0.05).The concentration of plasma D-D was higher in the bacterial infection group than that in the virus infection group,(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stages of infectious fever,the plasma D-D concentration of the patienst can be detected to identify the nature of the infection and thus guide the clinical use of drugs.
