评估复方樟柳碱注射液联合血栓通胶囊治疗眼底病的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Compound Anisodine Injection Combined with Xueshuantong Capsule in the Treatment of Fundus Diseases

目的评估复方樟柳碱注射液联合血栓通胶囊治疗眼底病的临床效果及安全性。方法将驻马店市中心医院2017年4月—2018年7月收治的102例眼底病患者,随机数表法分为两组,每组各51例。对照组仅采用血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组用复方樟柳碱注射液联合血栓通胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血流动力学指标、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱注射液联合血栓通胶囊治疗眼底病可以有效降低患者血流动力学指标和不良反应发生率,有较高的临床疗效及安全性。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of fundus diseases. Methods 102 patients with ocular fundus diseases from April,2017 to July,2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group. The control group were treated only with Xueshuantong capsule,and the observation group were treated with compound anisodine injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule. The hemo dynamic indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit and fibrinogen index in the obser vation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05) . Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the con trol group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group. There was significantly statistical difference(P< 0.05) . Conclusion Compound anisodine injection combined with Xueshuantong Capsule can effectively reduce the patients’ haemodynamic index and adverse reaction rate. It has high clinical efficiency and safety.
