多环节质量控制管理对静脉配液中心工作质量的影响

Influence of Multi-link Quality Control and Management on the Working Quality of Static Distribution Center

目的分析多环节质量控制管理对提高静脉配液中心工作质量的影响。方法将南阳市第二人民医院2017年3月—2017年12月期间静脉配液中心的工作情况进行研究,并实施多环节质量控制管理。观察比较实施前(2017年3月—7月)与实施后(2017年8月—2017年12月)的退药率、工作质量改善情况。结果实施后退药率(5.30%)明显低于实施前(1.90%);且配置时间、浪费药物、还药差错等工作情况均比实施前有所改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉配液中心工作质量中实施多环节质量控制管理可有效提高工作效率及工作质量,并降低退药率,减少资源浪费药物现象,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the influence of multi-link quality control management on improving the working quality of static distribution center.MethodsThe work of static allocation center in the hospital from March to December,2017 was studied,and multi-link quality control management was carried out. The drug withdrawal rate and the improvement of work quality before implementation(March to July,2017)were observed and compared between after implementation(August to December,2017).ResultsThe withdrawal rate after implementation(5.30%)was significantly lower than that before implementation(1.90%). The working conditions such as allocation time,waste of drugs and drug return errors were improved compared with those before implementation.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of the multi-link quality control management in the work quality of the static distribution center can effectively improve the working efficiency and the working quality,reduce the drug withdrawal rate,and reduce the resource waste drug phenomenon. So it is worthy of being popularized and used.
