医护一体化情景模拟教学在CCU应用分析——浅谈急性左心衰抢救培训 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨医护合作下的情景模拟教学在冠心病监护室(CCU)急性左心衰抢救培训中的应用与效果。方法将北京大学人民医院冠心病监护室低年资护士(新入职、规培护士)及一线规培医生随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各56例(每组护士各28例,医生各28例)。干预组采用医护合作情景模拟教学法,对照组采用常规教学法。结果干预组医生及护士急性左心衰理论考试均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组医护在兴趣、理论联系实际、讲解深入度及学习效率提高方面评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组医护对能力培养的评价在学会了如何做好评估、应变能力提高、提升了医护配合意识、锻炼提升了临床思维能力方面,干预组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);100%受训者认为此次培训对今后的临床工作有积极的影响(75%非常肯定、25%肯定),95.46%的人总体感受是正面的。结论医护合作情景模拟教学方法提高了冠心病监护室医护在急性左心衰救治上的的工作质量和效果,加深了医护对急性左心衰理论知识的掌握,同时有利于临床思维能力的培养和医护合作模式的建立。 Objective To explore the application and effect of situational simulation teaching in rescue training of acute left heart failure in Coronary Heart Disease Intensive Care Unit(CCU).Methods The junior nurses(newly recruited nurses and regular nurses)and the first-line regular nurses in the Coronary Heart Disease Intensive Care Unit of the hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 28 groups in each group(56 nurses and 56 doctors in total).The intervention group adopted the scenario simulation teaching method of medical cooperation,while the control group adopted the conventional teaching method.Results The theoretical examination of acute left heart failure of doctors and nurses in intervention group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Doctors and nurses of the intervention group believed that the teaching method of medical-nursing cooperation scenario simulation improved the clinical thinking ability,the consciousness of medical-nursing cooperation and the ability of emergency response in the rescue of acute left heart failure,and deepened the understanding of theoretical knowledge of doctors and nurses.Conclusion The teaching method of medical-nursing cooperation scenario simulation improves the quality and effect of the work of the doctors and nurses in the Coronary Heart Disease Intensive Care Unit in the treatment of acute left heart failure.It also deepens the mastery of the theoretical knowledge of the doctors and nurses in the treatment of acute left heart failure,and helps to cultivate the clinical thinking ability and establish the model of medical-nursing cooperation.
