摘要
以ZGW5-150型直流隔离开关接触系统为研究对象,运用SolidWorks软件建立触头与触指的三维简化模型,且通过理论计算其接触系统产生的焦耳热,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行接触系统温升仿真,通过分析直流隔离开关触头与触指在稳态条件下的温升情况可知,直流隔离开关在7 500 A下可以正常工作,其接触系统最高温度为55.297℃,将仿真结果与试验数据对比,结果基本一致,误差满足精度要求。
Taking the contact system of ZGW5-150 DC disconnecting switch as the research object,this paper used the software,Solid-Works to establish a simplified three-dimensional model of contact and finger,and theoretically calculated the Joule heat generated by the contact system.ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the temperature rise of contact system.The temperature rise analysis of contact and finger of ZGW5-150 DC disconnecting switch under steady state condition shows that ZGW5-150 DC disconnecting switch can work normally under 75 00 A,and the highest temperature rise of its contact system is 55.297℃.The simulation results are close to the test data and the error meets the accuracy requirement.
