摘要
针对Thiopave改性机理研究较少的问题,对不同掺量和养生时间改性沥青黏度、三大指标、车辙因子和频率扫描等进行了测试,在此基础上,对混合料水稳性能、高温性能和回弹模量进行了研究。结果表明,Thiopave具有温拌效果,且可改善沥青高温性能,但需要足够掺量;掺入Thiopave,混合料高温性能、承载能力显著增加;Thiopave改性沥青混合料TSR偏低的原因在于,未冻融试件劈裂强度增加过大;增加养生时间,有助于性能的进一步提高。
Due to the lack of research on modified theory of Thiopave,viscosity,three major indexes,rutting index and frequency sweep are tested at different content and curing time.Base on this test,the water stability,high temperature performance and rebound modulus of mixture are researched.The result shows that,Thiopave has warm mix effect and improve high temperature Performance of asphalt with sufficient dosage,and high temperature performance and carrying capacity increase significantly.Why the TSR of Thiopave modified asphalt mixture decreased is the splitting strength of un-frozen sample increase too much.Increasing curing time contribute to the further improving of asphalt performance.
