摘要
空芯线圈是轨道电路的关键元器件,用来逐段平衡钢轨的牵引电流回流,稳定调谐区阻抗。线圈中点可以作为钢轨的横向连接、牵引电流回流连接和纵向防雷的接地连接使用。实现上下行线路间的等电位连接,改善电气绝缘节的Q值,减少工频谐波干扰对轨道电路的影响。主要介绍空芯线圈通过热处理的方法,获得低电阻值机械绝缘节的工艺方法。
The air-core coil is the key component of track circuit.It is used to balance the traction current return of the rails step by step and stabilize the impedance of the tuning region.The midpoint of the coil can be used as a ground connection for the rail,a traction current refl ow connection,and a vertical lightning protection ground connection.The equipotential bonding between the upper and lower lines is realized,the Q value of the electrical insulation joint is improved,and the infl uence of the power frequency harmonic interference on the track circuit is reduced.This paper mainly introduces the method of obtaining the low-resistance mechanical insulation joint by the method of heat treatment of the air-core coil.
