基于“农文旅”产业融合的城市近郊山区乡村振兴模式探索——以福建省寿山乡为例

The Exploration on Rural Revitalization Model Based on the Convergence of Agricultural Industry, Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry: Taking Shoushan Town in Fujian Province as an Example

本文从农业、文化产业、旅游产业与乡村振兴的内在关联基础、产业融合方法途径,以及促进乡村振兴的模式等方面开展研究,并以福建省具有代表性的城乡融合类乡村——福州市晋安区寿山乡及与其紧密关联的北峰片区为例,按照乡村振兴战略20字方针的总要求,以乡村为本底,以农业为基础,以文化为灵魂,以旅游业为引领,加速“农文旅”产业融合,推动区域乡村全面振兴。系统总结寿山通过“农文旅”融合促进乡村振兴的实践路径与经验,创造性地提炼两项方案,继乡村振兴的浙江模式、贵州模式之后,总结具有示范作用的“寿山模式”“福州模式”“福建模式”。

This paper studies the internal relation between rural revitalization and the industry development of agriculture,culture and tourism,the convergence approaches of agricultural industry,cultural industry and tourism industry,and the ways to promote rural revitalization.In order to conduct better research,this paper takes Shoushan Town and its superior administrative division Beifeng Area as examples,which can mostly represent for the integrated rural and urban villages of Fujian Province.According to the general requirements of rural revitalization,by taking the countryside as the ground,agriculture as the foundation,culture as the soul,tourism as the lead,the industrial convergence of agriculture,culture and tourism could be speeded,and the rural revitalization could be fully promoted.The paper creatively extracted two plans and exemplarily builds Shoushan Model,Fuzhou Model,Fujian Mode based on the practical experience of Shoushan Town,after the Zhejiang Model and Guizhou Model.
